Production method of pattern glazed ceramic tile

The invention relates to a production method of a pattern glazed ceramic tile. The production method comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic tile blank; preparing colored glaze wrapping layers formed on the surfaces of frits; spraying a layer of water repellent on the surface of the ceramic tile blank and then paving all the frits provided with the colored glaze wrapping layers on the ceramic tile blank; complementally spraying a layer of frit particle bonding agent; finally drying, sintering, polishing and grinding to obtain the pattern glazed ceramic tile. The frit particle bonding agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5.0-6.0 percent of a cellulose thickener, 2.0-2.8 percent of attapulgite, 1.1-1.4 percent of a de-foaming agent, 1.2-1.8 percent of a dispersing agent and the balance of a solvent. The production method of the pattern glazed ceramic tile has the benefit that as the frits provided with the colored glaze wrapping layers are fixed on the ceramic tile blank by using the frit particle bonding agent, frit particles are prevented from being sucked by low negative pressure generated by a kiln preheating belt due to too small particles, so that the influence of a lot of pinholes, air bubbles and other defects appearing on the surface of the tile on the decorative effect of the tile blank is avoided.
