Detection of biochemical reference ranges in fetal blood

2005
Objective:To construct reference ranges for fetal Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Combining power(CO_2),Creatinine(Cr),Uuric acid(UA),Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Aspartate amniotransferase(AST),Alanice amniotransferase(ALT),Total bilirubin(TB),Conjugated bilirubin(DB),Non-Conjugated bilirubin (IB),Total proteins(TP),Albumin(ALB),Globulin(GLB),R-glutamyl-transpetidase (GGT),Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),Lactic acid(LDH),Creatine kinase(CK),Creatine kinase isoenzyme-2(CK-MB).Methods:BUN,CO_2,Cr,UA,ALP,AST,ALT,TB,DB,IB,TP,ALB,GLB,GGT,HBDH,LDH,CK,CK-MB were detemined from 106 fetal blood samples of 19-38 weeks gestation.Prue fetal blood was obtainesd by cordocentesis under continuous ultrasound guidance.Results:BUN,CO_2,Cr,UA,ALP,AST,ALT,TB,HBDH,LDH,CK,CK-MB of fetal blood are increase with gestation age.but no significant differences in each group of gestation age from 19-38 week's(P0.05).DB,IB,TP,ALB,GLB,GGT are increase with gestation age.(P0.05).Conclusion:Exception parameter of liver funtion, kidney's and heart's are no significant differences in each group of gestation age,All the reference ranges of biochemical will improve our knowledge of fetal medicine and be useful in diagnosis of fetal disease.
