Производные лупинина и эпилупинина в качестве субстратов холинэстераз млекопитающих
2012
Two series of acetates of lupinine and epilupinine - free bases and N-methyl, N-ethyl, and N-propyl derivatives - have been studied. Enzymatic hydrolysis of substrates by human erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase and horse blood serum butyrylcholinesterase has been investigated in comparison with the corresponding dimethylalkyl derivatives of acetylcholine. In the analysis of data, the important role of non-productive substrate binding was taken into account. Some additional information for better understanding the metabolism of lupinine derivatives in the animal organism has been obtained.
