Histological, histochemical, immunocytochemical and morphometric methods have been used by the authors in their study purposed to determine the main morphological equivalents of adaptive changes in the structure and functioning of testis in representatives of various classes of vertebrates living under the conditions of sustainable negative technogenic exposure in the steppe zone of the South Urals.
