Синтез и антибактериальная активность 3,4-диарил-5-(4-гуанидилсульфонилфенил)-4,6-дигидропирроло[3,4- c ]пиразол-6-онов

A series of 3,4-diaryl-5-(4-guanidylsulfonylphenyl)-4,6-dihydropyrrolo[3,4- c ]pyrazol-6-ones were synthesized via reaction of 1,4,5-trisubstituted tatrahydropyrrolo-2,3-diones with hydrazine hydrate. Structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR and 1 H NMR spectroscopy data. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized compounds was studied.
