Investigation on the mode of pain nursing intervention for the patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation

Objective To explore the effects of responsibility high-quality nursing mode on the pain management of the patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation.Methods In the surgical general ward 63 patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation were selected as control group,they were given routine nursing perioperative period.In the high-quality nursing ward 63 patients with abdominal date chosen incision operation were selected as experimental group,those patients received high-quality nursing.Results There was no significant difference with pain assessment in two groups before operation 1 h (P ＞ 0.05),after operation 2h the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.01),after operation 6h,there was significant difference with continuous pain assessment between the two groups (P ＜0.01) Conclusions Responsibility high-quality nursing mode can make the patients feel comfortable after operation,enhance the incision pain tolerance,relieve pain reaction,gain time for the early functional training,prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote the recovery early.
