The charging statistics based on a preset charging rule are carried out according to the amount of the media flow transmitting routes in the subscription information, the subscription information of the distribution information of the same type media flow and the media flow charging information. Simultaneously, the amount of the media access at the client are carried out statistics according to the media flow information counted by a media distribution unit and the media flow required is provided to the client according to the statistics result.
