PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA STIKOM BALI

Learning at the level of higher education is different from the previous education level. In higher education, students who in this case the students are required to be more independent and creative in following the learning process. Learning in higher education in addition influenced by faculty, the motivation of the students themselves is very important and affect. Motivation is an internal factor. Motivation from self is important as motivation to follow lectures, learning motivation or pass right on time and earned a bachelor's degree. With the diverse input of students who enter in STIKOM Bali can not be denied that not all students have high learning motivation. One of the things that influence student's learning motivation is environmental factor. Environmental conditions include the family environment, campus environment and community environment. Many things can be seen from environmental factors such as friend factors, social environment, learning environment, and others. In this research will be evaluated about the influence of the environment (social environment, facilities and infrastructure, teaching methods) on student learning motivation STIKOM Bali. The research method used in this research is problem definition, data collection, data analysis and conclusion. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with regression of three hypotheses, only one hypothesis proved that H2 with a significance value of 0.02, so it is concluded according to students STIKOM Bali means infrastructure has an effect on student learning motivation.
