Flexible display panel and flexible display device

A flexible display panel comprises a flexible substrate, a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit, wherein the first driving circuit is arranged on the flexible substrate. Positions of the flexible substrate corresponding to the first driving circuit and the second driving circuit are defined as a first area, at least the first area of the flexible substrate comprises a first flexible plastic layer, a first barrier layer, a metal layer and a second flexible plastic layer, wherein the first barrier layer and the metal layer are formed between the first flexible plastic layer and the second flexible plastic layer, and the metal layer is formed above or below the first barrier layer in a patterned manner. The flexible display panel can avoid staggering or breaking of a GIP (gate in panel) and an IC (integrated circuit) when laser strips the flexible substrate, water and oxygen can be effectively separated, product yield is improved, and production cost is reduced. The invention further relates to a flexible display device comprising the flexible display panel.
