The invention relates to the field of orthopedic apparatus, and aims at providing an orthopedic internal fixator shaping method. According to the orthopedic internal fixator shaping method, through reverse engineering, geometrical relations between a fixator and the host bone are determined, so that the fixator and the host bone are highly matched, and stress shielding is reduced; the fixator is designed to be of a mortise-tenon structure composed of a mortise part, a tenon part and a dovetail groove bolt, damage on the host bone is avoided, and stress concentration is reduced. The orthopedicinternal fixator shaping method capable of avoiding the stress concentration has the advantages that the orthopedic passive internal fixator personalized shaping method is provided creatively, compared with the prior art, the orthopedic internal fixator adopts the mortise-tenon structure to achieve mutual fixation, dependence on screws is cast off, the damage on the host bone is avoided, and at the same time, occurrence of the stress concentration is avoided in a fixing process.
