Directional control valve

The invention discloses a directional control valve, comprising a main body, a joint pipe and an extending structure which are set on the two ends of main body, wherein the main body is box-shaped and is connected withis connected with a joint pipe, the extending structure has the base which is connected withis connected with main body and spindly extending part which is set on base, the main body is stainless steel, the surface layer is mixed with additive, the additive has at least one kind of carbon fiber, ceramic fiber, titanium nitride, calcium carbonate, additive accounts for 0.1-0.3wt% of total weight of main body. All the surface of additive has formed inter layer in advance, inter layer comprises at least one layer of aluminum inter layer. The directional control valve has good mechanical property and surface property, good corrosion resistant and shock resistant performance. The directional control valve is difficult to be eroded by oil and corrosive element. The valve has good tolerance in various work environments.
