Effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on cardiac reserve function and peripheral blood Treg cells of patients with threatened premature labor

2017
Objective To investigate the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on cardiac reserve function and peripheral blood Treg cells of patients with threatened premature labor. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 74 patients with threatened premature labor were selected. According to the order of admission, they were divided into study group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the magnesium sulfate injection, and the study group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride in addition. Before and after treatment, the blood IL-8, IL-10, Treg cells expression level changes, cardiac reserve function [diastolic pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), the amplitude of the first heart sound / the second heart sound amplitude (S1/S2), time limit diastolic and systolic duration (D/S)] change, heart function indexes [shoot ejection fraction (EF), cardiac output amount (CO), capacitance relaxation time (IVRT)] levels change situation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-8, IL-10 or Treg cells for peripheral CD4+ T cell percentage, peripheral blood lymphocytes percentage between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, each index was significantly better in the study group than that in the control group, the differences were significant (P 0.05); after treatment, each index was significantly better in the control group than that in the study group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of hydrochloric acid ritodrine on threatened premature labor is significant, it can effectively improve the IL-8, IL-10 and Treg cells expression levels. But it is easy to have an adverse effect on cardiac reserve function. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the changes of vital signs during the treatment period, and timely adjust the rate of drug, so as to reduce the damage on the cardiac function. Key words: Ritodrine hydrochloride; Threatened premature labor; Cardiac reserve function; Peripheral blood Treg cells
