Symmetry properties of the energy bands of Cd3As2 type crystals

Some symmetry properties of the C space group and the resulting details of energy bands of the Cd3As2 type crystals are reported. The single and spinor representations with the T-R degeneracies included and the compatibility relations are presented. The spinor SCPW for the A-axis and two symmetry points Γ and Z are constructed. The selection rules for direct and indirect optical transitions are calculated. [Russian Text Ignored]
