The invention discloses a cable fire protection coating containing polyurethane resin. The cable fire protection coating containing polyurethane resin comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 100 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 15-30 parts of acrylic ester elastic emulsion, 10-20 parts of polyurethane resin, 2-4 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 10-16 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 6-10 parts of tetramethylolmethane, 3-7 parts of melamine, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of antimonous oxide, 0.1-1.5 parts of titanate coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 parts of defoamer, 0.5-1.5 parts of film forming agent, 0.1-0.4 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 0.1-1 parts of sebate and 25-35 parts of the water. The prepared coating is coated on the surface of the substrate and has excellent flame retardant property, the adhesive force, weather fastness, thermostability and corrosion resistance of the coating are obviously improved due to the fact that the polyurethane resin is added, and the coating has excellent fastness.
