Research on Electromagnetic Vibration Response of Squirrel-cage Induction Motor Based on Multi-section Method

In this paper, a squirrel-cage induction motor is used as an example to analyze the electromagnetic vibration response. The expressions of order and amplitude of electromagnetic force wave generated by different order harmonic interaction are obtained. For single skewed and double skewed rotor, a multi-section method model is proposed, and the time-space distribution of electromagnetic force wave is obtained. By using mode superposition method, the electromagnetic vibration responses of the motor in straight and inclined slots are calculated. The influence of different skewed rotor forms on electromagnetic vibration response is analyzed qualitatively. The method of electromagnetic vibration calculated in this paper can also provide a reference for vibration researches.
