Влияние холестерина и его эфиров на трансдермальное проникновение феназепама

2009
Cholesterol and its esters with aliphatic acids have been studied as the agents capable of enhancing skin permeability for phenazepam during its transdermal introduction in mice. The amount of penetrated drug was evaluated by its pharmacological effect as the anticonvulsant upon the intravenous injection of 1% corazole solution. It is established that the maximum enhancing effect on the transdermal penetration of phenazepam is produced by cholesteryl pelargonate.
