Concrete aqueous demolding agent and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a concrete aqueous demolding agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete aqueous demolding agent is prepared from the following raw materials and components of 0.2-2.5% of a composite emulsifying agent, 8.5-14% of engine oil and 85-91% of water, wherein the composite emulsifying agent is compounded from a nonionic surfactant, a dispersing agent, a film forming agent, a corrosion inhibitor, polyether-modified siloxane, a preservative and an emulsion stabilizing agent. The concrete aqueous demolding agent disclosed by the invention is good in stability, and good in adhesion properties on various steel molds and wooden molds; and when the concrete aqueous demolding agent is used as a demolding agent for building a precast component, the surface of the component is free from greasy dirt residues, the surface is smooth, and few concrete residues exist on templates. The concrete aqueous unmolding agent disclosed by the invention is prepared by emulsifying the engine oil by the composite emulsifying agent; the composite emulsifying agent is small in addition quantity, simple in the ingredients, free from environment pollution and high in emulsifying force; and the engine oil does not need to be heated at high temperature, and the engine oil can be emulsified under a low-temperature condition.
