Background Subtotal colectomy combined with modified Duhamel procedure (Jinling procedure) was used in patients with adult Hirschsprung’s disease (AHD) at Jinling Hospital in the last decade. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and quality of life of Jinling procedure for AHD.
