The present invention discloses an automotive axle monolithic composite bulging process, comprising the steps of: 1) the rear axle of the workpiece opening into the bulging outer mold; 2) bulging from the inner end of the axle housing molded workpiece apertures extending into the axle housing deformation of the workpiece at the bulge region; 3) bulging outer mold clamping; ends of the inner mold bulging thrust 4) are located using the bulging apply equal and parallel to the shell mold piece axle in the direction of thrust; means upward pressure and lower modules perpendicular to the axial direction of the case applied to the workpiece using the pressure generating bridge; decomposition effect of the thrust action of the link mechanism at the upper and lower modules and perpendicular to the bridge and the vertical component force parallel to the axial direction of the workpiece housing thrust component parallel to the axial direction of the workpiece axle housing, said axle housing by bulging the workpiece as the thrust force and the vertical component of the pressure force, the bridge shell bulging the workpiece under the effect of deformation of the bulging force; 5) unloading the mold back.
