The permeation water taking tube which is embedded under a underwater sand layer is used for taking water, a refilling sand layer is used for filtering aquatic plants, plankton and dirt, and the backwash tube which is embedded in the artificial water-bearing structural layer is used for washing slit in the sand layer.
