The formula of the ribbed PVC U pipe consists of the following raw materials in parts: 100 parts of PVC resin, 35 parts of calcium carbonate, 5.0 parts of a Ca/Zn composite stabilizer, 8.0 parts of CPE, 6.0 parts of ACR, 0.8 parts of stearic acid, 2.8 parts of paraffin, 2.8 parts of thiol and carboxylic acid organotin and 0.1 parts of pigment. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of raw material blending, an extruder part, an extrusion die part, shaping and cooling, pipe traction, cutting, traction, test and product storage. The ribbed PVC U pipe manufactured by the production process not only has better low-temperature toughness, rigidity, ring stiffness and creep resistance, but also during long term use does not deform due to gravity, thereby prolonging the service life of the product and facilitating wide promotion.
