The invention provides an automatic layering monitoring system for underground water. The automatic layering monitoring system comprises a communication mainframe and a sensor assembly, wherein the clock signal output end of a clock module of the communication mainframe is connected with the clock signal input end of a main controller, the stored data input and output end of the main controller is connected with the stored data input and output end of a storage module, and the wireless data input and output end of the main controller is connected with the wireless data input and output end of a wireless transmission module; the data output end of each sensor of the sensor assembly is connected with the data input end of the main controller in the communication mainframe. A traditional mixed monitoring for the underground water can be changed to be layering monitoring through the separated communication mainframe and the sensor assembly, the underground water is monitored on site instead of taking indoor analysis as primary, and the automatic layering monitoring system combined with an underground water monitoring information managing system can directly serve underground water monitoring engineer construction, operation and management at the national level and has broad application prospects.
