Hinged connecting hardware of lead-alternated anti-waving spacing rod

2009
The utility model relates to the technical field of overhead transmission line equipment in power industry, in particular to a hinged connecting hardware of lead-alternated anti-waving spacing rod. The existing connecting hardware has rigid connection; when the transmission line waves, the tensile force, compressive force and distortional force generated between the lead-alternated spacing rod and the connecting hardware is extremely great so that a supporting frame used for connecting the hardware breaks, thus causing severe accidents such as tripping and shutdown of lines and broken leads, and the like. The technical scheme is characterized in that a pulling plate of the supporting frame is connected with an adjusting plate of the supporting frame; a connecting base of the adjusting plate of the supporting frame is hinged to a right-angled hanging plate; the other end of the right-angled hanging plate is hinged to a bowl-head hanging plate; and the bowl head of the other end of the bowl-head hanging plate is provided with a groove angle. The hinged connecting hardware utilizes the structure of hinge and bowl-head groove angle to release the distortional force generated by the alternated spacing rod and the connecting hardware in the waving process of the lead, and avoids damaging the alternated spacing rod and the connecting hardware due to the tension force, compressive force and distortional force.
