The invention discloses an electric fan with double wind-collecting wind wheels and a blade-free air-blowing head. The electric fan comprises a base, a main motor, a shaking motor, a lower shell, a first wind wheel, a first volute, the air-blowing head, a second volute and a second wind wheel, wherein a base of the air-blowing head is detachably connected with the upper part of a lower case; the four circles of the air-blowing head serve as hollow air flues; air inlet holes are formed on the lower shell; the first wind wheel is connected to one end of a main motor shaft by a first wind wheel safety device; the second wind wheel is connected to the other end of the main motor shaft by a second wind wheel safety device; the first volute is arranged outside the first wind wheel; the second volute is arranged outside the second wind wheel; one surface of the first volute is integrated and connected with one surface of the second volute; the main motor is arranged in the middle of a joint between the first volute and the second volute; an air collecting port is formed under the bottom of the air-blowing head; the first volute, the second volute, the main motor, the first wind wheel and the second wind wheel are integrated and then are arranged inside the lower shell; the base is movably connected with the lower end of the lower shell; and the shaking motor is arranged above the bottom of the base.
