Ca interaction with point defects in Fe1-δO
1991
Abstract Electron diffraction on Ca doped FeO shows that an uncommensurate phase exists in conditions under which the appearing phase is commensurate in pure FeO; that is related to the interactions between Ca impurities and complex defects. Experiments of Ca diffusion in FeO show significant differences with self-diffusion due to the interactions between Ca and the free vacancies in equilibrium with the clusters.
