We investigate 44 bioptats of morphological elements is acne vulgaris. The accordance of macroscopy and histopathology features in the eruption of acne vulgaris hes been determined. Populations of antigen-presenting cells and T-lymphocyte have been identified by means of immunohistological methods. Principally different mechanisms of morphogenesis of morphological elements have been described.
