Lipin deacidifying method

2009
The invention relates to a lipin deacidifying method, which comprises the following steps of: putting lipin in a container, adding a deacidifying adsorbent, wherein the adding amount of the deacidifying adsorbent is 0.05 to 6 percent of the weight of the lipin, fully stirring at the temperature of between 15 and 110 DEG C for 5 to 150min, and performing centrifugal separation. The deacidifying adsorbent consists of oil plant seed hulls containing 2 to 35 weight percent of alkaline compound. The oil plant seed hull is one or more of oil tea hull, peanut hull, sunflower seed hull, castor-oil plant seed hull and walnut hull. The lipin deacidifying method is simple in technological operation and equipment, short in period, low in energy consumption, good in deacidifying quality, low in neutral oil loss and low in production cost, has no solvent loss, can substitute the conventional alkali refining method without any equipment, is strong in applicability, and can be widely suitable for different kinds of plant oils, animal fats and microbial oils and also for oils with low acid number and high acid number.
