The invention discloses a three-channel combustion gas turbine liquid fuel metering method and a device thereof. The three-channel combustion gas turbine liquid fuel metering method and the device thereof are especially suitable for power plants which have high demands on reliability of fuel metering such as a ground-based combustion gas turbine and an aerial engine. The three-channel combustion gas turbine liquid fuel metering method and the device thereof are characterized in that a backup fuel metering mechanism, a backup differential pressure backflow mechanism, a fault detect mechanism, a reversing mechanism and the like are arranged in the device. In the process of combustion gas turbine working, a combustion gas turbine control unit VII starts a main/backup/main backup pressure backflow channel to work according to backflow channel pressure sensor measurement values and through a reversing valve, and therefore reliability of the backflow channel is improved; and the combustion gas turbine control unit VII starts a fuel metering main/backup/main backup channel to work according to measurement channel flowmeter measurement values and through the reversing valve, therefore reliability of the measurement channel is improved. A main and backup three-channel structural form and a three-channel working state mutual switching function are adopted in the device, and therefore the reliability of the fuel metering is improved and application value is widespread.
