Pembentukan Soft Skill Kerjasama Melalui Diskusi Peserta Didik Jurusan Akuntansi dalam Proses Pembelajaran di SMK N 6 Surakarta

This research aims to: 1) to describe the soft skills forming of student collaboration in groups in the learning process, 2) to describe the obstacles in group collaboration in the learning process, 3) to describe how to overcome barriers in group collaboration in the learning process, 4) to describe the process of group collaboration in learning. Type of research used was qualitative with an ethnographic approach, with research subjects is Accounting class X students in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The collecting data technique used was interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) the formation of cooperative soft skills, namely from students happy to learn together so that they create group discussions to complete tasks or solve problems. Collaboration by forming group discussions can exchange information so as to increase broad knowledge and maximum level of learning. 2) Barriers experienced in the process of group collaboration, there are still some students who are passive in carrying out cooperation. 3) How to overcome the obstacles that occur in the process of cooperation by reprimanding group members who find it difficult to cooperate in groups and provide motivational motivation so that group members are able to contribute well in the group. 4) In the process of cooperation in groups of students able to have a sense of responsibility and mutual respect.
