Rotating cleaning device for concrete mixer main body

The invention relates to a rotating cleaning device for cleaning residual concrete in a concrete mixer main body. The rotating cleaning device comprises a mounting base, a rotating shaft, a driving mechanism, a center shaft, a jet nozzle socket, a planetary shaft and a jet nozzle, wherein the mounting base is fixedly arranged on a mixer, the rotating shaft is arranged on the mounting base in a rotatable way, the driving mechanism is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate, the center shaft is arranged in the rotating shaft in a penetrating way, the jet nozzle socket is connected to the lower end part of the rotating shaft, the planetary shaft is supported in the jet nozzle socket in a rotatable way and obliquely arranged with the center shaft at a certain angle, and the jet nozzle is connected to the planetary shaft. The rotating cleaning device further comprises a bevel gear and a bevel pinion which are meshed with each other, and a connecting part formed in the jet nozzle socket, wherein the end parts of the center shaft and the planetary shaft extend into the connecting part and are hermetically connected with the connecting part to form a high pressure seal cavity; the bevel gear and the bevel pinion are respectively connected to the shaft body, which is outside the high pressure seal cavity, of the center shaft or the connecting part. The rotating cleaning device for the concrete mixer main body realizes the function of separating main parts from a water flow, so that the service life of the rotating cleaning device is prolonged. The rotating cleaning device is simple in structure, convenient in operation and strong in reliability.
