The stuffs represent outcome of joint research-analytical activities of department of hygiene and public health PFUR and Center of state sanitary epidemiological supervision of Moscow. In the article the concept of relations of problems of an accelerated hygienic norm setting with development of a system of the expert control behind implementation of sanitary antiepidemiological (preventive) measures is set up. The accelerated hygienic norm setting is the relevant link of elimination of an inconsistency between requirement of the most fast ascent of products, activities both services on the market and necessity of warning of harmful influencing of new products and services on health of the person. The practice of implementation of a complex of measures on creation of a system sanitary hygienic expertise basing on principles and methods of an accelerated hygienic norm setting, verifying conformity by sanitary regulations, norms and hygienic standards of potentially dangerous for health of the population of kinds of activity, activities, services is set up.
