Analysis on Dynamic Probabilistic Characteristic of Power Grid Connected With Electric Vehicle Charging Load and Wind Power

The randomness and time-variability of electric vehicle charging load(EVCL) and wind power will greatly influence the operating conditions of power grid connected with them.The main factors influencing the characteristic of EVCL are analyzed and according to the survey data of vehicles the modeling of EV drivers’ driving characteristic is modeled.Based on the coefficient of variation,a dynamic probabilistic models of EVCL,wind power output and power system basic load are built,and then based on probabilistic power flow the dynamic probabilistic characteristic of power grid connected with EVCL and wind power is researched by cumulant method and operating states of branch power flows and nodal voltages under five different conditions are analyzed.Research results show that using the proposed dynamic probabilistic model a more comprehensive power flow distribution can be obtained;there are notable influences of EVCL and wind power output on dynamic operation of power grid;influences of various control strategies for EVCL on power grid are different.
