Design of egg quality safety traceability system

The egg quality safety traceability system was designed to improve egg safety monitoring level in line with Chinese national conditions,including the breeding and laying information systems for poultry,processing information management systems and egg sales information systems. At the same time,key problems of the system were also analyzed and explained. The system has practical and promotion value,because it can not only be used as a management information system,but also can implement egg quality tracing. In a way,it can protect the interests of consumers and improve the efficiency of government management and reach to integrate with the international standards and improve Chinese egg safety production level.
