Reliability Optimization Model Based on the Power Vacancy and Available Transfer Capacity

For the capacity constraints of branches and the power grid structure rarely considered by the existing reliability optimization models,this paper establishes a reliability opti-mization model based on the network-flow models.The AC power flow equations are used to describe the electrical parameters of branches,which can make the system operate within a specified voltage range,and the random failure of the system is taken into account.The paper introduces the available transmission capacity which corrects the slip road transport capacity,and the available generator capacity constraints.The power minimum gap is used as the objective function.The model fully takes into account the close connection reliability of power system and power structure,equipment outage rate,equipment repair rate,load level and other factors,and reflects actual operating conditions of the system.An example is used to demonstrate the validity of the model.
