Method for preparing ceramic sheet with composite caking agent series water-based cast

The present invention discloses a method used for preparing a ceramic sheet material with the water-based casting of composite adhesive system, and belongs to the technological field of preparation of ceramic sheet materials. The method is characterized in that water is used as solvent in the casting technology; ceramic powder is added; the polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol and acrylic latex, which are prepared in advance, are used as composite adhesives; an appropriate amount of plasticizer is added; after being milled and mixed uniformly, the prepared slurry is cast on a casing machine. The use of the composite adhesives effectively overcomes the defects caused by the single use of polyethylene alcohol, such as low content of solid slurry, low density of blank pieces, slow drying, a plurality of drying defects, and the defects caused by the single use of latex, such as low strength of the blank pieces, poor toughness and narrow range of application caused by the competitive absorption. The method can be used for preparing the blank pieces with the relative density of more than 52 percent, tensile strength of 1.5 to 3MPa and high surface quality; after the blank pieces are sintered, the ceramic sheet material with high performances can be prepared.
