猪乳中抗猪瘟IgA、IgG、IgM抗体动态变化规律研究

Sows were immunized with C-strain vaccine by intramuscular injection. Milk was collected within 10 days after parturition and tested for specific IgA, IgG and IgM by indirect ELISA. The results showed that the titers of anti-C-strain antibodies in the sows reached peak values at the first day after parturition and was significantly higher than non-immunized sows. However the antibody titers dropped rapidly within 7 days. Only low anti-C-strain antibody titer was detected in the control sows at the first day after parturition.
