Process for producing nonwoven long fiber

2010
Method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric of long fibers by attached spinning (spun-bonding), characterized by carrying out the following steps (a) to (c) in sequence: (a) a step of melting the resin containing sulfur polyphenylene it is having a content of 85 mass% or more, downloaded from a die, solidifying the filaments resulting by cooling, and stretch extracting an ejector at a spinning speed of 3,000 m / min or more while being heat treated at as they move to the outlet of the ejector to provide a long fiber; (B) a step of collecting the long fiber in a mobile network to form a nonwoven web element; and (c) a step of subjecting nonwoven web resulting in thermal bonding, wherein the heat treatment in step (a) is performed by supplying hot compressed air from an ejector, having the compressed air temperature of 100 ° C to element or more and less than the melting point of said resin.
