In view of the main contradictions and problems that affect teacher training,we should use Tao Xingzhi's idea of"Integrating Teaching,Learning and Acting"to guide teacher training activities; use the career belief of"Teaching People to Seek Truth"to make up training goals;use the standard of"Learning to Be A Real Person"to select training content;use the model of"Integrating Learning, Researching and Applying"to organize training activities and strengthen the validity of training by diversified approaches to construct the new system of teacher training.
