Method for recovering sodium chloride and glycerol from high-salt glycerol-containing high-depth organic wastewater

2014
The invention discloses a method for recovering sodium chloride and glycerol from high-salt glycerol-containing high-depth organic wastewater. The method comprises the steps of complexing, carrying out nanofiltration to desalt, evaporating to concentrate, crystallizing, decomplexing, separating glycerol from copper hydroxide or other metal hydroxides, carrying out nanofiltration to separate glycerol, carrying out reverse osmosis to concentrate glycerol, distilling to concentrate glycerol and fractionating. The salinity of the wastewater treated by the method is lowered, and a biochemical treatment process is adopted after the treated wastewater is diluted, so as to enable the quality of outlet water to reach the standards; meanwhile, sodium chloride and glycerol are effectively recovered, wherein the purity of finished product glycerol reaches 95%.
