The device sequentially comprises a blower, a pressure stabilizing tank, a heating furnace and a steam heater from the left to the right, wherein an outlet of the blower is communicated with an inlet of the pressure stabilizing tank, an outlet of the pressure stabilizing tank is communicated with an air supply end of the heating furnace, and an air outlet end of the heating furnace is communicated with an inlet of the steam heater; multiple layers of concentric ceramic rings are arranged in the heating furnace, and an electric heating wire is arranged among each layer of ceramic rings; a heat insulating plate is arranged at an inlet part of the heating furnace, and a plurality of ventilation holes are uniformly formed in the heat insulating plate.
