Asynchronous starting permanent synchronous motor

2010
The utility model relates to an asynchronous starting permanent synchronous motor, comprising a rotor; at least one pair of tile-shaped permanent magnets and demagnetization strips with the same pair number, wherein the tile-shaped permanent magnets are arranged between a shaft penetrating hole of the rotor and a rotating shaft and are peripherally and uniformly distributed in a close manner; the permanent magnets and the demagnetization strips are distributed; the outer side of the rotor is distributed with rotor guide strips and magnetic-permeable teeth at intervals; the outer surface of the demagnetization strip protrudes out of the outer surface of the permanent magnet and is embedded into the rotor punching piece; and the width of the protruding part is larger than that of the part of the demagnetization strip clamped in the middle of the permanent magnet. By increasing the height of the demagnetization strip properly, the asynchronous starting permanent synchronous motor can reduce flux leakage, increase magnetic flux entering air gaps by the rotor, reduce saturation, and obviously improve the permanent magnetic path of the motor, thus providing load-carrying capability when the motor runs, reducing current of a guide strip, having less consumption and improving the efficiency.
