Optimal Dispatching Strategy for Active Distribution System Considering Network Reconfiguration
2019
This paper proposes an active distribution network (ADN) optimization strategy that considers real-time network reconfiguration. The proposed strategy aims to optimize the operation performance of the active distribution network by establishing an optimization model for distribution network operation, the network topology, the distributed generations (DG) and responsive loads (RL) are scheduled and controlled to minimize the total distribution network operation costs. Due to the use of the real-time network reconfiguration and considering the service life of the switches in practical applications, a segmentation method of the load curve is proposed to perform the demand analysis, determine the necessary network reconfiguration time period, and reduce the number of unnecessary switching actions. Distribution network reconfiguration is a non-linear complex optimization problem, and this paper uses particle swarm optimization to solve it. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by the improved IEEE33 bus distribution system.
