The present invention discloses a competitive inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor mouse monoclonal antibody binding (VEGF-R) and a heavy chain variable region and light chain variable region amino acid sequence. The amino acid sequence of the present invention also discloses the preparation of the humanized antibody and the humanized antibody heavy chain variable region and light chain variable region. The humanized antibody or a pharmaceutical formulation suitable derivative thereof can be used as pharmaceutical composition ingredients, or prepared, administered alone or in combination with other treatments like chemotherapy drugs used for the broad spectrum treatment of colon cancer, breast cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma, etc. a variety of solid tumors.
