Method for suspending guys of twisted steel cable for cable stayed bridge

A method for suspending the stay cable of steel strand for the cable-stayed bridge includes such steps as suspending three parallel ropes uniformly distributed to three periphery holes on anchor plate, fixing the one end of each of three stay cables to upper anchor plate by clamps, fixing their other ends to lower anchor plate by clamps making upper and lower anchor plates parallel, suspending other stay cables by passing them through upper anchor plate then lower anchor plate one by one, and applying required force to each stay cable after it is suspended. Its advantages are parallel contactplanes of upper and lower anchor plates and upper and lower bearing plates, and uniform stress for all stay cables.
