The present invention provides a method of preparing a storage tempering phase change material and fibers. The temperature control of the phase change energy storage material production method, wherein, the specific steps include: porous nano powder, triallyl isocyanurate, polyethylene glycol diacrylate, polyethylene glycol and an initiator disposed solvent water, ultrasonic dispersion method under reduced pressure, the reaction at 65-75 ℃ 2 ~ 5 hours and finally the temperature control after the storage is obtained by centrifugal dewatering phase change material. After the above-described temperature control tank by dry processing, the phase change material, with the polymer blend chips twin-screw extruder granulation, and then the fiber obtained by melt spinning temperature control storage. Phase change material prepared in the present invention have a strong ability temperature storage characteristics, and low production cost, good thermal stability, the advantage of simple operation.
