Developing an Effective Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP) - Lessons from Overseas

TorqAid is a private consulting company that has prepared the Municipal Emergency Management Plans (MEMP) for two local government authorities namely the surf Coast Shire and Queenscliffe Borough. The MEMP is prepared by State Emergency Services, drawing heavily on principles outlined in the separate Victorian State Disaster Response and Recovery Plans.
