The invention provides an improved HARQ scheme with low complexity. A data block with wrong receiving demodulation is interlaced by different interlacing rules in each retransmission and maintains same sign modulation processing according to the technical scheme of the invention. The data block with the wrong receiving demodulation is interlaced by different interlacing rules in each retransmission and maintains the same sign modulation processing and subcarrier mapping processing according to a preferable implementing scheme of the invention so that the data block can obtain the same effect with the rearrangement diversity and the frequency diversity of a constellation diagram when the data block is received and combined, thereby improving the performance of an HARQ technology. Compared with other improved HARQ technologies, the preferable implementing scheme has simpler hardware.
