The invention provides an improved HARQ scheme with low complexity. A data block with wrong receiving demodulation is interlaced by different interlacing rules in each retransmission and maintains same sign modulation processing according to the technical scheme of the invention. Compared with other improved HARQ technologies, the preferable implementing scheme has simpler hardware.
