Method for measuring non-contact three-dimensional coordinate of simulation test site and device used in same

2011
The invention discloses a method for measuring the non-contact three-dimensional coordinate of a simulation test site and a device used in the method. The method comprises the following steps: respectively measuring the distances between three known points and a measured point by three laser range finders; inputting the measurement data to a central processing unit (CPU); calculating the three-dimensional coordinate of the measured point by the CPU; through measuring the coordinates of feature points of various kinds of geometric morphology, calculating the geometric parameters of the measured surface morphology by the CPU. For example, the CPU can calculate the angle of a slope by measuring the three-dimensional coordinates of three non-collinear points on the slope; and the CPU can determine the coordinate of the center of a circle by measuring the coordinates of three points on a circumference. The device used in the method consists of three laser range finders, three electric tripod heads, three supports and the CPU, wherein the laser range finders are arranged on the supports through the electric tripod heads; and the data of distance between the three known points and the measured point, measured by the three laser range finders, are inputted to the CPU. The method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, high measurement speed and low cost.
