Attosecond streaking measurements of extreme ultraviolet pulses using an infrared light source

Extreme ultraviolet pulses below the silicon L edge, generated as high harmonics using few-cycle optical pulses at 1600 nm from a millijoule BIBO OPCPA, are characterized by attosecond streaking with the long-wavelength electric field.
