Strategies for Urban- rural Integration of the County Master Planning at the Background of the New Urbanization——Jiangxi Ganzhou Huichang County Master Plan as a Case Study

In the background of the development of new urbanization,the development of medium and small cities is the important part of new urbanization. County is the backbone of the small cities,and the urban- rural integration in the county areas becomes the key to the transformation of urbanization. The urban- rural integration in the county areas will take the overall impact of the urbanization level and quality. This paper takes Huichang county master plan as a case study,researching the county's urban- rural integration policy. The idea of coordinated development of urban and rural should be integrated into the whole process of planning. The strategies of implementation should effectively guide and promote the integrated development of urban and rural. Analyzing the practical problems,this paper proposed the network of City- Town- Township- Village integration. The master planning shoud take the urban and rural coordinated development as a whole commanding idea into various elements of planning,increase the special part of the urban and rural urbanization,and perfect the framework for the overall planning.
